Founded in 1992 in College Station, Texas, Thomas Turf Services (TTS) has established itself as a leader in laboratory and field testing across North America, providing essential services for natural and synthetic turf systems. Known for technical excellence, reliability, and independence, TTS supports golf courses, sports fields, and turf professionals with industry-leading solutions.

In 1996, TTS distinguished itself as one of the first two labs nationally to earn A2LA accreditation for geotechnical evaluations of putting green materials, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards.

In 2023, leadership transitioned from founder Jim Thomas to Baoxin Chang, Ph.D. Baoxin holds a prestigious degree from Texas A&M University, a top-tier research institution. His advanced work as a postdoctoral researcher further enriches TTS with cutting-edge insights and innovative approaches in turf management.
